Chapter 3: The Crossroads of Worlds

At the edge of three worlds, where the sky of each shimmered in different hues, the roads met. The crossroads, hidden from the common eye, was a place of power that existed beyond time. The stones on the ground glowed with blue lines, pulsing as though the heart of this place beat in unison with the rhythms of eternity.

Tarik was the first to arrive. His steps were confident, though his gaze remained vigilant. He knew that the crossroads tolerated no weakness. These roads demanded strength of spirit and purity of intent from every traveler.

“You are the first,” a voice spoke from behind him.

Tarik turned and saw Ayna. Her figure, surrounded by a soft glow, seemed to be a part of this place. Her eyes peered deeply into Tarik’s soul, assessing his resolve.

“And you were not late,” he replied, a quiet smile tugging at his lips.

Ayna moved closer, and their gazes met. For a moment, a silent bond was established between them—without words, they understood that their fates were now inseparably intertwined.

At that moment, the space began to shift. The air thickened, and the light grew brighter. Another figure appeared at the crossroads. It was Lumis. He held his unfinished device in his hands, his eyes radiating a mix of weariness and determination.

“We are all here for a reason,” he said, placing the device on the ground, which seemed to respond to his movement.

“And we are not alone,” Ayna added, raising her hand.

Antem and Eili appeared simultaneously, their figures seemingly materializing from the very air. Antem held a sword that seemed to belong to his world, while Eili was surrounded by a radiance that exuded calm and strength.

“This place is both a beginning and an end,” Antem said, staring at the pulsating lines on the ground. “We are here because eternity calls us.”

“But we are not alone,” Eili added, gazing at the shadows that were already creeping on the horizon.

The crossroads, once quiet and still, had now become an arena where the heroes combined their powers. The shadows drew near, and each of them felt that this was just the beginning of a battle that would determine the fate of their worlds.

“We are ready,” Tarik said, lifting his gaze. His voice was steady, even though his heart beat faster.

The crossroads came to life. The stones glowed brighter, and the space around the heroes began to pulse, as if the world itself was preparing to witness something great.
