Chapter 7: The Boundary of the Possible

The Tremor of Reality

As darkness and light merged, Emiren felt the very fabric of the world shift. Everything around him became unstable: the Silver Tree cracked under an invisible force, the islands of time lost their form, and the sky fractured into shards of light.

— We’re at the point of no return, — said Watery, watching fragments of past and future swirl around them.

— And only one path leads forward, — added Flamen.

Before them appeared a tunnel of shimmering light — an unstable passage between two Eternities.

— If we step through, there’s no going back, — said Empty.

— If we don’t, our Eternity will perish, — replied Emiren.

He took a step forward.

Transition into the Unknown

With each step through the tunnel, the space around them changed. Time sped up, then froze, forcing them to witness fragments of the future and past.

Emiren saw himself in the Silver Garden — his own image distorted, splitting into several versions, as though he existed in multiple forms simultaneously.

He saw a city he did not recognize, and people who never lived in the Silver Garden. These were fragments of reality that could become part of a new world.

— What is this? — asked the Being walking beside him.

— Possibilities, — replied Emiren.

The tunnel abruptly shifted, and fiery patterns emerged before them. This was the boundary that divided the Eternities.

— The final choice, — said Watery.

The Breaking of Eternity

They emerged into a space that was nothing and everything at once.

The sky was dark, yet filled with golden glimmers of possible worlds. The Silver Tree hovered above the endless ocean of time, but it was no longer unchanging — its branches grew erratically, adapting to the new reality.

Before them stood another Being — as ancient as time itself.

— You have come to change Eternity, — said a voice that echoed from all directions.

— We have come to find balance, — replied Emiren.

— Balance means sacrifice. Are you ready?

Emiren felt the weight of the choice pressing down on him.

What will they sacrifice? And can they unite two Eternities without destruction?
