The Garden of Eternity was cloaked in an eerie silence after the battle near the Tree of Time. Its leaves glowed with renewed life, and golden threads of time flowed through its branches, but the heroes felt that this was only a brief respite. Ahead lay a trial upon which everything depended.

Emiren and Aliana slowly ascended to the Tower of the Creators—a place where the most important decisions that shaped the flows of time had once been made. The tower stretched skyward, its black and golden walls shifting and shimmering as though it were woven from time itself.
“This is where everything will be decided,” Aliana said, gently touching one of the walls. Her fingers tingled slightly, as if the flow of time responded to her touch. “Here, a new reality is created, or the old one is destroyed.”
“And here, we’ll face their final defense,” Emiren added, gazing upward. His sword no longer glowed as it once did. He too felt their strength waning and the enemy lying in wait.
As they entered, they were greeted by a space that seemed boundless. The floor was smooth, like a mirror, reflecting infinity. In the center of the room stood an artifact glowing with a pale white light. It was the Heart of Time—the most powerful key to the flows of reality, capable of altering the past, present, and future.
“The Heart of Time…” Aliana whispered. “It’s real.”
“And they want to destroy it,” Emiren replied, approaching the artifact. But as soon as he stepped forward, the space around them shifted.
From the shadows emerged the last and most powerful of the Dark Creators. He was clad in a robe that seemed woven from chaos itself. His face was hidden, revealing only two smoldering eyes like burning coals.
“You think you can save the Garden?” his voice was low and resonant, like the rumble of thunder. “But it’s already doomed. Your struggle is merely a delay of the inevitable.”
“We’re here to stop you,” Emiren declared, gripping his sword tightly.
The Dark Creator laughed, his laughter echoing through every corner of the tower.
“Then try.”
Time in the room began to distort. Emiren and Aliana felt their movements slow, as though they were being dragged through thick honey. The Dark Creator extended his hand, and the space began to collapse, forming a black void that threatened to consume everything.
“He’s manipulating time!” Aliana exclaimed, trying to conjure a shield, but her strength was waning.
“Then we must act faster!” Emiren shouted, launching himself into the attack.
His sword gleamed, slicing through the air, but every strike was blocked by the dark energy surrounding the Creator. Meanwhile, Aliana attempted to approach the Heart of Time. She knew that if she activated it, a wave of energy could cleanse the entire Garden. But the cost was unknown.
The Dark Creator noticed her movement.
“You think I’ll let you?” he sneered, extending his hand as black threads of time wrapped around her arms.
“Emiren!” she cried out, struggling against the restraints.
Seeing her in danger, Emiren gathered all his willpower and delivered a devastating blow. The light from his sword cut through the darkness, and for a moment, the Creator lost control of the threads. Aliana broke free and managed to touch the Heart.
The world around them changed. Golden and black waves of time intertwined, creating a vortex of energy. Aliana realized that activating the Heart required a sacrifice—not just power, but a part of one’s own life.
“It’s the only way,” she whispered.
“No!” Emiren shouted, realizing her intent. “We’ll find another way!”
But it was too late. Aliana, looking at him with a warm smile, whispered:
“You’ve always believed in me. Now it’s my turn to believe in you.”
She poured her life force into the Heart of Time. The white light grew blinding, filling every corner of the tower. The Dark Creator screamed as his form began to dissolve under the pressure of pure temporal energy.
Emiren fell to his knees, watching as the light slowly faded, and with it, Aliana disappeared. The tower returned to silence, and the Heart of Time now glowed with a calm golden light.
Emiren stood, holding her medallion in his hand.
“I won’t let your sacrifice be in vain,” he whispered, staring at the Heart. “The battle isn’t over yet.”
And with those words, he left the tower, knowing that the final part of their mission still lay ahead.
